Symphony of the Origin was one of the games unveiled at E3 2012 in LA. KEMCO GAMES has been working in a prequel of its successful title Symphony of the Eternity, a retro-inspired RPG set in a fantasy World which is expected to be released in Autumn 2012 for both Android and iOS.  Although Symphony of the Origin is still under development, they presented the game as one of its hits for the current year. This is the trailer KEMCO GAMES showed at E3 LA:

Although the trailer might seem a little bit rainbow-puking, we must not forget that there was a time when all the intros of the games we like most were this way. If you are into the 80s, you are into it drenched to the bone or you aren’t into at all, so we must understand that this trailer is an exercise of loyalty to the genre.

Symphony of the Origin brings you to the same world of fantasy than Symphony of Eternity but in a previous time. You’ll witness the beginning of mythical friends and foes. The game features a new reinforcement system taking the place of the old Tablet system in which characters abilities and skills improved based on the combination of weapons parts and items. This prequel has been enhanced graphically, battle scenes have been better rendered and large-scale scenarios have been introduced. The result: it combines classical RPG 2D graphics with new 3D technology (battle scenes).

Lovers of the genre: it’s time to wear your coat of mail and arm yourself once again.
