It’s not about quantity, it’s about quality

In androidzoom we care about making the best tools when it comes to discovering new and interesting applications for your Android phone.

Did you heard about our application quality filter? We have not talked much about it, but has been available in the website for a couple of months. And many of you and you use it daily!

At the top of the main list of applications you’ll see a selector. It can choose the type of applications you want androidzoom to automatically filter for you. So no more time wasted reviewing lists full of applications without the slightest interest to you!

The filter offers four levels:

1. “All applications“: At this level no application is hidden, all available to you.
2. “All Applications Without adult and themes“: At this level you will see all applications, regardless of their rating or popularity, but hide the themes and adult content application (in another post we will talk about our special category for applications for adults, and some others).
3. “Use a moderate filter“: Many applications that we find uninteresting are hidden, all bearing some time in the Market and do not receiving so much attention in terms of rating, reviews and/or downloads.
4. “Show only the most popular applications“: Only the most popular applications will be included. The most popular means applications that have attracted the interest of users in terms of rating, downloads and positive comments.

Take in mind that the filters decide what application to show based on the interest aroused by the users, not the actual quality of the application.
